Scope:  ACT was instrumental in site selection, pre-construction budgeting, subcontractor selection, buy-out, project management and construction supervision. The previous use for the building was a beer distribution facility, which we changed into a high technology, high process component manufacturing facility, using carbon fiber mold and heat technology. Project Highlights:
ACT added another 44 tons of cooling and humidity controls. In addition, ACT upgraded the current electrical output from 1600 amps at 208 volts, to 4000 amps at 480 volts. The building is approximately 65K sq. ft. with approximately 3K of cold storage down to -12c.
