Scope:
This is commonly referred to as a Market Ready Tenant Improvement, whereas we demolished all of the previous tenant specific improvements and reconstructed the bathrooms and entrance lobby. We opened up the interior office landscape and added new ceilings, lighting, window coverings and flooring.
