 Although
it was formed in 1995, ACT is founded on more than
five decades of construction experience. The company's principals
have been directly involved in the construction and development
of more than 15 million square feet of commercial space in California
and Europe.
During his 30
years in the business, ACT's president, Steve Mason, has worked
with and learned from Silicon Valley's top talent in the fields
of construction, development, and property management. He has used
the knowledge and wisdom he gained to assemble a team of committed
professionals.
Over
the years, ACT has built a broad base of experience and expertise
in commercial new construction and tenant improvement projects ranging
from $500K to $5MM. The company's reputation for quality relationships
