3100 N. 1st Street Market – Ready Tenant Improvement
We demolished an existing R & D tenant improvement with labs, process piping, conference rooms and general office back to a warm shell leaving the building infrastructure, bathroom cores and elevator. We then built back a formal reception lobby complete with a new set of modern stainless steel stairs, decorator floor tile, lighting and drop soffit. We delivered a general open office with new Second Look II ceiling, carpet and indirect pendant hung lighting. RMW and SEI are the architect and engineer respectfully for the project.

Contract Amount: $1,800,000

NanoSolar – Industrial Large Scale Manufacturing
We continue our 3 plus year relationship providing NanoSolar with consulting, design and construction of their solar manufacturing processes. CAS and SEI are the architect and engineer respectfully for the project.

Size: 100,000 sq. ft.
Contract Amount: $5,000,000

10900 Tantau Ave.– Warm Shell Improvements

We provided the design and engineering for the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing for the restroom cores, lobby, elevator and roof top mechanical equipment. HPC and SEI are the architect and engineer respectfully for the project.

Size: 100,000 sq. ft.
Contract Amount: $2,400,000

Construction Schedule: 12 weeks

Twin Creeks Technologies – Industrial Manufacturing
We continue our 2 plus year relationship providing Twin Creeks with consulting, design and construction of their solar manufacturing processes. CAS and Biggs Cardoza are the architect and engineer respectfully for the project.

Size: 65,000 sq. ft.
Contract Amount: $3,000,000

3100 N. 1st St. – Podium Parking Garage
We again worked with RMW and SEI, as the architect and engineer respectfully, to develop and design a poured-in-place concrete single podium structure with 2 sets of stairs, shear walls, utility room, landscaping, in addition to the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing needed to operate the garage.

10900 Tantau Ave. – Panasonic Tenant Improvement
With the assistance of DES and SEI, as the architect and engineer respectfully, we provided the construction team to design and build the interior improvements for the R & D Division of Panasonic of America. The build-out consisted of labs, server rooms, conference rooms, offices, break rooms and general open office.

Size: 50,000 sq. ft.
Contract Amount: $2,600,000

Construction Schedule: 12 weeks

495 S. Whisman Ave.– Logyx Systems – Tenant Improvement

As we have previously done with several other tenants at the Vineyard Condominium Project in Mountain View for Keenan-Lovewell, along with API we designed and built an ultra-modern office for Robert Dumais, owner of Logyx Systems. This was uniquely designed with all glass frameless office fronts to give the feel of a much larger space.

Size: 2,500 sq. ft.
Contract Amount: $175,000

Construction Schedule: 6 weeks
